Muscle in Motion is about one thing - 18 to 25 year old bodybuilders. The tour shows selections of the pics the member area offers and most of what I see is competition and workout pics. The models are definitely the real deal. There's plenty of rock-hard beef here. These are guys who compete in the Juniors or Teens but even so, some of them have packed on plenty of muscle in the gym.
The member area is very simple if colorful. There is a site welcome, first in english and then in german. Below the sections of the site are listed in both languages - english on the left, german on the right. There are 5 categories of videos inside Muscle in Motion and one pic section, called Stills from the Videos. There is a single advertising banner at the top of the page.
The movies are Quicktime format and are more clips than movies as most run between one and two minutes. Each category is listed in two sections - 2003 to 2005 and 2005 and later. In the 2005 and later section there are some 9 models and 117 clips. Most of the videos are amateur to good amateur quality and shown around 320x240. The movies can be downloaded or streamed directly in your Quicktime Player.
I checked the Workout-Videos first. Most of the videos are to be found in the Videos 2003 to 2005 section. There are 16 bodybuilders, each doing various workout moves and making their various muscles stand out. You can see these hot muscle guys doing pull ups, lat pulldowns, rows, curls, leg presses - in fact, you can watch pretty much every muscle group being worked hard. Whether you want to worship these young muscle gods or want to improve your own workouts, there are over 50 video clips in this section from 30 seconds to around 2 minutes each.
I found over 50 clips in the Videos 2003 to 2005 section of Championship-Videos, which are contest movies. For those who loved Pumping Iron, the videos in this section can't be beat. There are posedowns, callouts, competitors getting pumped up, free posing plus seeing guys win and lose and more. There are plenty of featured models as well as various models shown competing agaist the featured models. I think my favorite physique belonged to a bodybuilder named Andreas Bosse, who just bulges all over with muscle as he does a one and a half minute free posing routine.
Beside those, there's also the posing videos where there are over 30 videos of 18 - 25 year old muscle men showing their muscular development including some hot double posing shows. You'll also find a few webcam videos and a section called specials which features 2 videos - one of a guy oiling up and the other a small dark scene of one of the models fighting.
Let's not forget the pics. Found in the Stills from the Videos section, there are 25 galleries of vidcaps, and even though vidcaps are not the best quality pics, these pics are definitely worth checking out if you love rock-hard muscle. Without a doubt, my favorite pic set is FIBO 2005. This guy is HUGE! He's on stage, flexing his muscles for maximum contraction and this is an exciting set! One thing worth mentioning is that I doubt this model is under 25 and it's obvious that the contest is not Juniors while most of the other sets show guys who are younger. They are hot, they are big but they have a ways to go to compare to Fibo and Johannes, the two biggest guys on the site.
The things I really wanted to see inside the site that were missing were profiles of each model in a model index and an update page so we can tell what was added most recently and when. One other thing worth mentioning is that most of the pages inside the site have a single advertising banner. The banners are easy enough to avoid, so they're not really an issue. Other than that, this is an unusual smaller site that really delivers the goods.
Muscles in Motion definitely provides a nice selection of clips of mostly younger bodybuilders as they work out, pose and do contests. The video clips are Quicktime and can be saved or streamed. The quality is amateur or better and most of the videos are around 320x240 although a few are smaller. The models are everything they should be - muscular, focused and hot. And don't forget the 25 good sets of pics taken from the videos. It's impossible to know how often Muscles in Motion updates . Even so, I liked what I saw and for the price, you can't go wrong.

It was as billed, which is rare.
I liked the layout, enjoyed the videos and thought it was well worth the price of admission.
Did wish there was a bit more about each of the models, bit more information would have made it all so much more entertaining.
