GayDemon's review of Muscle Romania

The Muscle Romania tour features men with muscular physiques or well-built athletic bodies. There are bodybuilders who are big, bulging with raw muscle as they pose and flex. Huge arms, chests and shoulders are in evidence. There are also muscled fitness models and hunks with great bodies and plenty of confidence. The site offers exclusive content and weekly updates, and I haven't been here in a while, so join me as I log in and see what's new at Muscle Romania!

The member area of Muscle Romania looks almost exactly like the tour. There are links on the top of the page followed by the update list directly underneath on the right. Below are links to the latest videos and to the 44 models. There are no dates anywhere, but the site offers a total of 361 video clips - 287 clips in Videos, which is 124 more than there were a little over 3 years ago, and 74 clips in Hot Videos, just 6 more than there were on our last visit.

The videos are offered in WMV format, and each is a downloadable DRM-free clip of about 2 minutes, so there are approximately 12 hours of videos total. Each clip is shown at 640x480 with bitrates between 582k and 719k, and at their original size they range from low amateur to good amateur quality, but don't expect miracles when enlarging them - the better ones look fair at full screen, the amateur quality ones are on the low side. The video clips are not offered as full scenes, and it can be challenging to figure out which clips are part of the same scene as the others.

The Muscle Romania pic sets can be found by clicking the models' thumbs on the member home page. Each thumb leads to a performer's page, where there is a short - and often not very informative description of the model plus links to his gallery pages, videos and hot videos. Some of the photos are digital stills shown from small to fairly large where some are vidcaps shown as small as 311x237 or bigger. There are a total of 423 gallery pages, some of the men have as few as 3 gallery pages and some over 25. Sometimes a gallery page will have a series of pics from a single shoot, where other galleries show a grouping of unrelated pics of the model.

The Hot Videos - also called Erotic Videos - are movies that show the men oiling up in a sexy way, posing naked and sometimes stroking their cocks. These aren't the free posing, training and contest content you'll find in the other section, but not all the clips are that racy. Muscle worship fans are going to like these movies as they show the more intimate side of the bodybuilders as well as their asses and cocks.

Overall the men in the videos are big, although some are competition sized and others aren't that huge. These are some beautiful physiques and it's obvious that every one of the models has spent hours in the gym perfecting his body. There are workout clips of bodybuilders sweating as they pump iron, some very exciting clips of the models in bodybuilding compeitions on stage. The only thing that I didn't care for about the movies is the music. Sometimes it covers up what the men are saying, and I didn't feel that it really went well with the action.

My biggest issue has to do with updates. There are no dates, so there's no way to know how often the site adds new content, but with only 130 more 2-minute clips than there were over 3 years ago, that's less than 1 clip per week on average. On the other hand, the site could have stopped updating for a while, and now be updating weekly - there's just no way to know. Some of the videos that were in the site when I last visited are gone, including the shoots of Ronnie Coleman. The forum is gone, too.

Muscle Romania has some truly excellent models as well as competition pics and videos that I haven't seen elsewhere. While the site layout could be easier to use, the 361 DRM-free video clips are good sized, downloadable, and are worth watching if you like bulging muscle and contests. The pics could be bigger but they have a lot to offer physique fans. There's no way to know how often the site updates, and the vids are only offered as 2 minute clips, but if you're into bodybuilders and hunks, Muscle Romania delivers.
