GayDemon's review of Masculine Bears

Masculine Bears says they put the focus on "muscles, beef, hair, intense action" and I definitely see a lot of masculine men including a lot of older daddies, cowboys and cops, military men and amateur guys. Many of the guys on the site have hairy chests - some hairier than others - but what I didn't actually see was any bears. I also couldn't find mention of an update schedule, but since I do see some very hot men fucking, sucking and covering each others' furry bodies with cum, join me for a look at the member area of Masculine Bears.

The member home page has navigation links running across the top in two rows. Below are two "movies of the moment", which are a random 2 videos from the collection - if you reload the page, they change to two different videos. There are no dates anywhere or mention of when to expect the next update so I clicked to the main movie section to check out the content.

Masculine Bears currently offers 65 videos in both downloadable WMVs and streaming Flash. The videos are full scenes, shown at 640x480. The WMVs have a bitrate of approx 1.3 Mbps and are high average quality and the Flash vids are somewhat lower in quality. The videos play smoothly and use no DRM, so Mac users can watch them and the videos members download will continue to play after their memberships have expired.

Each video also comes with a set of vidcaps, which are shown at the same size as the videos. While vidcaps - here they're called screenshots - are lower in quality than digital stills, these aren't too bad and will definitely help if you want to preview a movie before watching it. If you find a set you like, you can download the pics in a zip file or watch them all in a slideshow.

In addition to the videos and pics, members get access to 2 bonus sites in the same network, Cock of the Law and Kinky Older Men. The site also has a section called Streaming Channels where there are 15 gay video feeds in a variety of niches. And for those whose taste runs to stories, there's a collection of stories here that are actually pretty good stuff.

I only have one real issue with the site, but it's definitely one worth knowing about. The lack of dates or a schedule in this site means there's no way to know when or how often or even if the site updates. I also have one minor complaint about the navigation - each movie listing page has only one video listed on it. That means in order to browse all 65 videos, you'll need to click through 65 pages.

The bottom line is if hairy and masculine men are your thing, you might want to head on over to Masculine Bears and check out the guys.
