Male Physical Exam gives you exactly that - videos, pictures, and stories of hot young studs being probed and punctured by a leering (and happy) doctor, all ending in an explosion of cum. For those into medical fetishes, this is definitely an above-average site that is quickly increasing the quality and quantity of its content. One of the most realistic exam sites around and definitely worth a look.

OK, so physical exam porn may be an acquired taste - but when you acquire it, wow! In addition to the nudity and sex, it's the sheer vulnerability of the model that's the turn-on. It's kind of like S&M without the pain. Take a (preferably) straight stud, take off his clothes, prop him up on an examination table where he is at the mercy of a gay doctor, and he probably feels more discomfort than he would in an S&M scene.

If you are into physical examinations (or at least curious), then you should stop by Male Physical Exam for some head-to-toe fun. I have a couple of reservations (more on this later) but, overall, this is a darn good site for medical fetish aficionados.

As the time of this review, the site has 123 exam scenes in video and there seem to be pics from each video. I did at first have problems finding the movies, at a first glance there was only 3 to download. However I did shortly after that discover a "previous" and "next" button at the top which took me to the rest of the videos. There are over 30 pages with 3 videos on each, and the older videos are split up into several clips that you can download.

A typical scene starts off with a young guy (and the guys are hot!) coming in for a military, job or school physical and being interviewed by Doc (stats, medical history, etc.) Then the guy strips and old Doc goes to work on him. Eye, ear, throat, chest - the whole works. Then we get to the good stuff like the swab in the dick, the finger probe in the ass, finishing up with Doc jerking him off to get a "sperm sample."

Let me tell you right off: Male Physical Exam has the most authentic physicals I have seen on a pornsite. The interviews look real, Doc's procedures look real, the instruments look real, even the shot in the butt looks real (ouch!). It almost makes you wonder if Doc has been to medical school. Kudos to Doc!

Now for my reservations. Until recently, the quality of the pics and videos were sub-par. The pics are small and the videos were Quicktime only and were clear only in the small screen size. In addition, the videos were only available in small clips; there was no way to download a full scene at one time. Fortunately, it appears Doc has corrected this. The newer videos are now available in WMV format as well as Quicktime. And, for broadband users, the video scenes can now be downloaded in one fell swoop. Some of the videos are amateur quality but some of the ones right after the videos change to the larger format are low amateur quality. There is no DRM.

There are 3 photo sections and only the third has pics organized by galleries. The other two are a huge collection of pics - thousands of them - all organized into two galleries. It's messy and there's no easy way to find what you're looking for.

My other reservation about this site lies in the fact that it appears that Male Physical Exam is a one-man (one-Doc) operation. Doc is both in front of the camera and behind it. You can guess where this leads: a too-often stationary video camera and not enough close-ups. Doc can jerk a model off with one hand while holding a camera, but I defy even him to spread a model's cheeks while inserting a finger probe and holding a camera. It simply takes more than two hands to hold a guy's dick, insert a cotton swab and move in for a close-up. Thus, key moments of the videos are not as good as they could be.

The site is regularly updated. While the navigation and content quality at Male Physical Exam is not perfect, it has without a doubt the most realistic physical exams I've ever seen, and compared to the few medical fetish sites there are on the net, this stands out by far as the best! It's definitely worth checking this one out!
