Kinky Lads seems to offer content in a wide variety of niches. While some of these niches may seem rather unrelated - for example spanking and hung guys, I get the impression that Kinky Lads is sort of a porn and kink sampler that offers a little of a lot of different things.

A glance at the main member page tells us that Kinky Lads is not all that kinky. For one thing, the pages are pink with blue. There are currently 66 photo sets, each listed from the main page with a preview thumb. You can get a good idea what each set is about, and the topics vary. There is a cute twink sucking his own penis, which is a set I've seen before in many other sites. There's a guy wearing leather, a gallery of 2 guys wearing boots and posing, some sets of guys in uniform - some solo, some hardcore - guys in underwear, guys in medical attire, some foot fetsih sets, smoking sets and pic sets of guys jacking off. There are some more niches covered, as well - not a lot of any one type of kink or sex, but some of many things.

The descriptions of some of the photo sets are supposedly emails from members. Some are requests for a certain type of content, like self sucking, where others seem to indicate that some members wrote and asked to be in a shoot - and that Kinky Lads made it happen. Are these shoots really members living out their fantasies? Possibly not, but claiming that that they are does weave a fantasy.

The pics are mostly average quality and are offered in thumbnailed galleries, most of which open in a new window. The size of photos varies from set to set. One set I checked out had pics of around 480x640 where another had pics of 534x800. One set I was curious about - the diaper set - had pics of around 800x1050.

There is a bondage set that has a description that says "You insisted on some s+m type pics. Here's logan chained up with a harness, pegs and a mask" I couldn't see what S&M had to do with someone in bondage, so I clicked to see the pics. Nope, no S&M there. It appears that the folks from Kinkly Lads don't know the difference between S&M and bondage. Go figure.

Kinky Lads also has a video section featuring 27 movies. You'll find the link to the video page at the bottom of the main member page. Each video is listed with a preview thumb, a brief description and most also include the size of the file. The videos are offered in WMV format and can be streamed or downloaded as you prefer. All are offered as a full video with no clips offered, and there is no DRM.

Like the pics, the Kinky Lads videos range in topic from a guy in a suit jacking off to pissing, group sex, fisting, leather, self sucking, dildo play and bareback. There is more sex and masturbation than what I'd consider truly kinky, however there is a tied up and piss soaked skinhead and also some other less mainstream shoots.

I watched a number of videos, and most were offered at a screen size of 320x240 although I did find a couple at 480x360 and at least one at 640x480. Although at the top of the vid page, the site claims that the videos are offered at a 512k bitrate, most of the videos I watched ranged from 398 to 548 - with the exception of the 640x480 vid, which had a 1 Mbps bitrate. Most of the movies are amateur to good amateur quality that isn't quite good enough to go full screen without a loss of clarity and shapness. The sound was good on the videos I watched.

Kinky Lads members also get access to a bonus site - a small pics-ony site called Hung Lads. The site isn't huge, but there are 23 photo sets there to enjoy. Unfortunately it appears that Hung Lads no longer updates. Still, it's a little something extra and there are some hot guys with hard cocks.

Kinky Lads isn't very personal, and there's nothing about it that really stands out. At least some of the content is not exclusive, and what there is is okay - not bad, not great, but okay. Those into fetishes and serious kink probably won't find much to whet their appetites here, but for those who are curious about what they see on the tour, Kinky Lads could be worth a visit.

Although I feel that Kinky Lads definitely lacks focus, the subscription prices are very reasonable. The site claims to update with 2 pic sets and 2 videos per month, but since there are none of the content is dated, it's impossible to know when the site really adds content. If you're the kind of guy who wants to see a little of everything, and you don't mind medium sized pics and 320x240 vids, I'd say Kinky Lads is worth checking out.
