GayDemon's review of Hot Gymnast

Hot Gymnast features a straight guy named Antonio with a beautifully defined, muscular and sculpted body, a handsome face and a round beefy ass. Not only is he gorgeous, but he's flexible. He says he's been a gymnast for years, and after checking out his site I believe him. The tour shows the most recent updates, and offers members weekly updates and a weekly live show. The preview pages show only small thumbs with no bigger pics or video trailers, so I'm logging into the member area to get a closer look at Hot Gymnast.

The member home page may not be pretty, but it is easy to find everything. The navigation links are across the top of the page, and as you scroll down, you'll find a link to the Hot Gymnast Yahoo group, the latest updates, the live cam show and support. The video updates are dated; they are generally 8 to 9 days apart, and the live shows are every Thursday. There are no banners or misleading links on the page, and the only ad is a link to the store, where members can buy autographed pics or worn jocks and underwear.

There are currently 101 videos on the Mac video page, 55 of which are offered in regular video listings. I suspect the pages are backwards since there are some Quicktime videos on the non-Mac page, while the rest of the videos are in ASF format, which is a Microsoft format like WMV and will play in Media Player. The videos are shown at 640x480 or 640x360, most with a bitrate of around 1 to 1.5 Mbps. A lot of the videos are from Antonio's webcam show, and action varies from getting oiled up to lifting weights to jacking off. The webcam vids are a bit on the grainy side, but not enough to be a problem, and I liked listening to Antonio as he talks to the camera. If you happen to have any issues downloading the videos, check out the video page for Mac users - I had no problems with the videos there. The videos are downloadable and DRM-free.

Hot Gymnast currently offers 25 pic sets, the exact same number as on our last review. Some of the sets are digital stills and others are vidcaps. The digital stills are shown at varying sizes from 452x602 to 800x600 and at varying qualities from amateur to good amateur. Some are a bit on the grainy size, and some are sharp and clear except for one set called "Failed Shower shoot" where the pics are very dark and it's almost impossible to make anything out. The vidcaps are shown at 320x240, and as vidcaps go, these are actually pretty good. There are anywhere from 7 to 55 pics per set, with an average of around 14 or 15 pics.

Members of Hot Gymnast also get access to a weekly live show with chat. I always look forward to Antonio's live shows as he's not only hot with a gorgeous body, but he's got a personality AND he talks dirty, too. It was a great show - I didn't love the live show software he uses, but everything went well, chat was active and he spoke to us throughout as he showed off and got naked, and before he grabbed his cock and jerked off, he also did push-ups and other exercises to pump up his muscles and get nice and sweaty.

One thing to keep in mind about Hot Gymnast is that this is a true amateur site. There are a couple links on the galleries page labelled "Test" that don't lead anywhere. Navigation on this site is easy, although the pages aren't pretty. As sites made by true amateurs go, this one is better than many.

The only real issue I ran into was that I was unable to download or play a few of the oldest videos on the first video page, but when I tried the Mac page, things went better.

I like Hot Gymnast a lot. It's not just that the star of the site is sexy with a sculpted and athletic physique, although that is a big part of it. And his weekly live show is hot as hell, has never been rushed when I've watched, and delivers for anyone who loves athletic hunks. The videos are downloadable and DRM-free, but while there are new ones added every 8 or 9 days, there aren't many more than on our visit. The site's navigation isn't pretty, but there's nothing confusing or misleading. Antonio is a real "Italian Stallion" type, with a sexy New Jersey accent, attitude and muscles. Sound good?
