Here's a site into the world of high definition video - High Def Twinks. You probably already know that HD (or high def) videos are bigger and higher quality than traditional videos, so broadband users who love the good stuff are always happy to see HD. And while some of the twinks on this tour aren't really exactly twinks, they are mostly smooth bodied guys under 25. There are some big pics on the tour of the models getting fucked that certainly got my attention, so I'm off the the member area of High Def Twinks to see more!

The main member page is very well laid out - better than most sites I see. The menu runs across the top of the page, with very easy to read buttons. Below on the left are the latest updates followed by a link to iPod and PSP vids. Next comes the rest of the HD videos, links to a few bonus feeds and an ad. On the right, is a member poll and a link to the video of the week.

Let's talk numbers. There are currently 29 exclusive HD videos inside High Def Twinks, and one of them was added today. There's a button in the member menu called DVD, and that leads to 20 more movies that are not HD, but are pretty good. Each video comes with a set of pics, too. In the last 4 months since High Def Twinks first opened, the site has added 18 new videos, keeping its promise of weekly updates.

The good news is that the High Def Twinks HD videos are big and beautiful and come in 2 sizes. Shown at 820x460, the medium videos are already bigger than almost any videos around. The high quality vids are shown even larger at 1280x720. For the most part, the bitrates of both high and medium vids is the same - around 2 Mbps. You can go full screen with these without fear - this is good stuff big enough to fill any monitor. And more good news is that these videos are not DRM protected, so whatever you save will always play.

Here's something lower speed internet users should be aware of: High Def Twinks is NOT suitable for dialup, ISDN or some slower broadband connections. If you're on 56k to 384k, it may take you forever to download even a single movie. 384k users will be able to bring in few clips in an evening if they're patient but shouldn't expect the movies to stream smoothly - they'll need to download the vids for best results. Also be aware that if you use an older computer, you may see jerky videos as your computer may not have the power necessary to play HD vids.

Each of the HD sets comes with a set of photos. These photos are vidcaps, but they're big vidcaps. One set's pics were shown at 720x400, another's at 1048x697 and another's were 1280x853. As vidcaps go, these are pretty good quality as well as being larger than most vidcaps, so guys who want to preview each movie by checking out some photos will find some stuff here that might even be worth keeping.

There's no plots in the High Def Twinks videos, and not a lot of personality showing - just plenty of hardcore gay sex. The models here look eastern european and they seem to be having a very good time kissing, stroking, sucking and fucking. While some of the models are not the slender boyish type most of us think of as twinks, the guys here are mostly in that age group - 18 to 24. Most of the guys appear in more than one video, but with different partners.

When you click DVD in the main menu, you'll find 20 more videos, each with pics. These aren't HD, but the high quality versions are still large - shown at 720x480 - with a bitrate of around 1.5 Mbps, so they still look good. And the medium versions aren't bad, either, with a bitrate of around 1000k. Each of these vids also comes with vidcaps for pic lovers.

For those looking for bonus content, High Def Twinks comes through. With over 50 feeds and leased bonus sites, in a wide selection of categories including twinks, mature, bears, reality, latin and more, those who like variety will find it here, including the new Jake Cruise feed.

When it comes to great big high quality videos, High Def Twinks has it covered. The vids here are large and sharp and can be streamed or saved. There are currently 29 HD videos plus 20 more non-HD videos with the same type of content - guys 18 to 24 fucking and sucking without much plot to distract from the action. There are also over 50 feeds to keep members busy. The site has added 1 HD video per week for the last few months, which is a real plus.
