GayDemon's review of Hard Working Stiff

Hard Working Stiff wants to bring the joy of blue collar Canadian men masturbating - and I have to say that I was intrigued the minute I read the motivation behind starting the site. If you get a chance, check out the About Brian Xander section - you can see it right on the tour, and it instills a ton of personality into the site right off the bat.

The member's area is set up almost identical to the tour. You are greeted by the latest hard working stiff, which today looks to be a burly late 30s blond named Rick. He's a butcher, so you know those arms are nice and strong when he's stroking away. One thing that somewhat turned me off to begin with are the thumbs - they look to be a bit distorted so it just gives it an odd effect. There are 50 photos in Rick's set, and it progresses from him almost shyly stripping for the camera to him playing with his balls while bending over on the bed. The photos are 647x430, and although they are a bit on the smaller side the quality is good amateur. There are no slideshows or zip downloads.

To get to all of the models you'll want to hit the More Stiffs button under the latest update - it doesn't make that too clear, and there isn't an option that I could see in the navigation sidebar for it. There are 81 hunky Canadian guys in total, with the vast majority showing off their solo masturbation skills. There are a handful of mutual masturbation videos, but nothing more hardcore than that. Each guy shows themselves off in the photo sets as mentioned above, and then the videos which are in Real and MP4 formats.

The MP4s can be used if you're a fan of Quicktime or watching porn on your ipod - it's a crisp 480x360 and 700 kbps. The videos are around 15 minutes long and have the same basic formula, but each blue collar hottie adds their own personality into the masturbation. The other format offered is Real Media, and has the same size and looks to be slightly lower quality. Both of these are available as full scenes for download only. Older videos are a bit smaller at 400x300, but it's still average amateur quality that has some great angles to capture the masturbation action.

If you want to take a look at something different, Hard Working Stiff gives you access to the entire Bad Puppy network, which gives you tons of exclusive and non-exclusive content plus plenty of sites to look through - 75 in quite a few different gay niches. Since there are no dates anywhere on this site, you might be using the network pass in between updates to keep things interesting.

I loved the content of Hard Working Stiff - I'm always up for a good, wholesome jackoff experience, and these are all working-class Canadian men. However there are a few downfalls here. Frst off it's impossible to tell if the site updates - or when - as there are no dates anywhere. The navigation could use a bit of work as well - it's pretty bare bones, and I found it odd that the gallery index was not included as a link on the sidebar. One disappointment, to me at least, was that I was hoping for more in the way of descriptions for the scenes - after reading the About on the tour, I had high hopes for the personality of this one. Still, Hard Working Stiff is a solid masturbation site, especially if you have a thing for Canadians, but the site could have taken that extra step to really set it apart.
