Gay Porn Access is a sort of hybrid gay porn site. It is either DVD library that offers something other DVD archives don't - bonus sites. Or it's a gay porn network that also offers a DVD library. The focus is on the sites in the network rather than the DVDs, and they allow us to browse the sites in their network by category - and each site listing is linked to that site's tour. The network tour promises us new sites and DVDs every week and downloadable movies.

When you log into Gay Porn Access you can browse by sites, clips or DVDs. Clips actually refers to full-length scenes of from 8 to 30 minutes each. There are various links to help you find your way around the site, including dropdown menus to help you search movies by category, actor or studio. There is a bonus sites link that doesn't actually lead to any bonus sites and a link to the latest pic sets, which are all from over a year ago. Don't worry, though - this site DOES update.

Gay Porn Access offers a variety of gay porn niches like twinks, hardcore and fetish as well as bears, amateur and solo. There are 20 categories in all, and those categories apply to both the DVDs and the sites. Only the hardcore category has over 100 DVDs but niches like twinks and latino have a good amount, but there are some categories with only one or two listings - in fact, classic/vintage has only 1 site and 2 DVDs, and one of the DVDs has only 1 scene.

I counted 300 DVDs in the member area. That means there are probably over 1000 scenes, and they can all be downloaded as good quality WMVs. The newer vids are shown nice and large at a screen size of 720x528 and the older vids are shown at 512x384. The vids are good quality unless the DVDs they were taken from weren't too good. And there's a smaller version of each video plus a streaming version for those who don't want to save the movies to their harddrives.

Each DVD has its own page where you can see the front and back DVD covers. The DVDs are listed by title, the date it was added to the site, studio, categories and include a description and a link to each scene. Each scene includes a set of vidcaps for those who would like to preview the scene or who just happen to love pics.

Now let's talk about the sites in the Gay Porn Access network. There are over 200 of them in lots of porn categories. The member area of Gay Porn Access links directly to the member area of all the sites, so you can get right to the content. The sites all have the same basic page layout and are actually a part of Gay Porn Access, and each has multiple scenes that can be downloaded or streamed. Each site opens in a new window, so you can just close the window when you're done with that site and ready for more.

Did I have any issues with Gay Porn Access? Well, there are some rather bold ads on the bottoms of the pages, but they are beneath the content and didn't interfere. Switching from movies to DVDs to sites took a couple minutes to get used to, but it was not really an issue. But there were a couple issues on the join page. There is a pre-checked offer on the right side of the join page, and I didn't see mention of the fact that the subscriptions rebill except in the site terms.

The tour of Gay Porn Access seems to focus on the 200+ sites in the network, but I liked the DVDs. They were well laid-out, each was dated and you could search the videos by keywords like "uncut" or "big cock". You can also browse the DVDs and the sites by category and some other search options. The videos in the sites and the DVDs are all downloadable, and the site adds 6 - 8 DVDs per month. Since the sites aren't dated, I can't say for sure how often they are added, but the tour says at least 1 per week. The bottom line is if you're looking for a collection of downloadable gay porn movies, Gay Porn Access is worth checking out.
