First Auditions is the typical "reality" style bait and switch site - there are a bevy of sexually uninhibited guys that show up to audition for a straight porn shoot, but instead of the girls they were expecting to fuck, they end up getting a pretty close physical examination and then showing off their masturbation skills. Although it's not exactly what they were expecting, it doesn't seem like these guys have any problem with it at all. And then there's the more unusual part of the site - it's called "Groping Hands" and it's where you'll find amateur guys who agree to be prodded, stroked and probed on camera, and it looks pretty interesting.

The First Auditions member home page has a navbar near the top of the page. Below are the latest updates, a few content links and the entire lower half of the page is ads. One of our reviewers felt the ads were an issue, but since they're not mixed in with the content, and they don't interfere with the navigation, I felt they were't an issue because they were easy enough to avoid.

First Auditions updates twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the collection is large enough to keep members pretty busy. It's hard to say exactly how many videos they're sporting here, but it's well over 600 amateur straight guys. Each video comes with photos, so you're looking at that many galleries as well. There are options to view the content - you can view the guys with big thumbs, small thumbs, or alphabetically, or you can browse by date on the updates page. One particular sorting feature that I don't see too often is to split up the guys into nationality. It's too bad such a large collection doesn't include a search box so it would be easier to find guys by cock size, cut or uncut, hairy or smooth and so on.

Each of the videos sets (each video is usually offered in 3 parts) follow a set scenario - first you have the interview. It's typical for most amateur porn interviews, you get to find out about the guys, what makes them tick, and what turns them on. Right after this is when the bait and switch part starts to happen - they talk the guys into a "physical examination" which happens to be the guy stripping, showing his cock closely and spreading his ass, all subject to close inspection. Finally, they have a test that shows erection, masturbation, and the guys getting off.

The videos are good amateur quality at 640x360 and 1.36 Mbps. The older videos have a slightly lower bitrate and quality at 800-900 kbps, but they do retain the same size. There is also a smaller version of the videos if you're going after a low bandwidth version - 480x270 and 700k - good for those on lower broadband but not low enough for dialup users. Most of the videos are around five to ten minutes long, depending on which part they're on. The videos are available as full scene WMVs and are fully downloadable with no DRM so the movies will play for Mac users and will continue to play even after your membership has expired.

Most of the newer videos have vidcaps at 1200x675, but these vidcaps are very good quality. It's honestly hard to tell that they are at all. The vidcap sets are on the smaller side with the newer videos - usually around 20 to 30 per set. If you go further back into the collection, you'll find more typical 800x600 screencaps - lower quality with the same set size. However the older ones also have photo studies, which were 1000x1000 average amateur photos in small sets.

First Auditions has a few minor failings - the collection is so massive that it would be nice to offer a search or an easier way to browse. If you're looking for a particular nationality they make it easy, but if you want more specific things like uncut or cut cocks, a certain body style, age or cock size, you're out of luck. And it would be nice if all the videos were offered in M4V format instead of just 58 of them, but honestly there's not much to complain about here.

First Auditions is a nice twist to your standard porn audition site because not only are there interviews and jackoff sessions, but each guy gets "examined" closely - often more closely than he's comfortable with, and this is the part that stands out about this site. There are over 600 horny straight guys in the site, each with pics and DRM-free downloadable videos, and the site adds new guys twice a week. And let's not forget the "Groping Hands" section! This is a great site for those who like watching straight amateur guys jack off and the added humiliation the guys undergo when they're "examined" is an added bonus. If all of this sounds good, I definitely recommend First Auditions!
