The movies inside Boy Med Exams are in WMV format. The most recent videos are offered at a screen size of 640x480 and a streaming speed of around 1000k. While the videos aren't good enough to go full screen, they are fairly good amateur quality and are satisfyingly large at their original size. The older videos are shown at a screen size of 352x288 at a streaming speed of around 708k, and as long as you don't try to enlarge them, they also look pretty good. If you enlarge them to 200%, they are still watchable but do expect a noticeable loss of quality.

The videos can be downloaded or streamed as you prefer - always a plus - and are offered in clips that play directly in your Media Player. There's no DRM to interfere with your enjoyment and the movies play smoothly, however when there is dialogue, don't be surprised that it's not in english.

The episodes take place in what really does look like a medical examination room and each exam starts off with the basics - height, weight, blood pressure, all the basics. The guys usually do this part in their undies looking only mildly uncomfortable. But now things get more intense as the boys are made to strip. It was hard to say for sure whether the pics are good quality vidcaps or amateur quality stills because of the lack of issues. All the pics are horizontal, shown at around 720x576, and follows the videos. This leads me to believe that they are vidcaps, but without the issues one generally sees. The pics aren't that sharp but they don't have the weird lines, blurring or artifacting one generally sees in video taken directly from the movies so I was pretty happy with them. The pic sets are large, follow the action of the movies and each set comes with a description of the scene.
