These are shown at 720x406 and are good quality - I was able to go full screen without any loss of sharpness or clarity. Sound is pretty good, and considering that the videos are shot by semi-amateur guys, I was pretty impressed. The videos were not offered for download, and they aren't listed with a set of screencaps, which was a little disappointing.
