GayDemon's review of Bareback 101

Bareback 101 is a bareback site featuring college-type boys from 18 to around 23. There are 15 videos previewed on the tour, each showing cute guys fucking without a condom and it appears that each video ends with a hot and sticky facial cumshot. The tour previews a collection of gay bonus sites that members get access to as "THE ENTIRE MALE UNIT NETWORK over 50 sites". Also offered is exclusive content updated daily and exclusive live shows. Do they deliver on their promises? Let's find out!

When you log into Bareback 101, you are taken to the network updates page. We'll get back to that in a minute, but for now I clicked the "Home" link on the upper left side of the page to be taken to the Bareback 101 home page. There I found 4 latest videos listed, a member poll and one ad. Then I clicked the Videos link at the top of the page, since that's what we're really here for.

The videos section was a bit of a surprise because there were only 5 videos there, which means not all the videos previewed on the tour were included in the member area. Each video is offered in several sizes and 2 formats, but let's talk about the best one first. The best videos are the downloadable full scenes. These are WMVs offered at 720x480, which is full sized for standard video. They have a 2 Mbps bitrate, which means that the videos are on the large size to download, but are good quality. You can go full screen with them with only a very slight loss of quality.

The rest of the videos are offered in long clips. There are a total of 5 speeds of clips offered, 3 in WMV format and 2 in MPG format. They cover all the speeds from 700k down to dialup, and all are downloadable. The videos here have good sound.

Each video comes with a set of pics. These are vidcaps, shown at 720x480 and are actually pretty good quality for vidcaps, which makes them the equivalent of good amateur quality for digital stills. The pics can be browsed in thumbnailed galleries or downloaded in a zip set.

The Bonus Sites link at the top of the pages leads to a page with 9 gay bonus sites (Handy Studs, Twink Boarding School, Boys Casting, Crotch Buffet, Fuck That Twink and a few others) and 1 bi site. The sites are all bigger than Bareback 101, and one of them - Barely Twinks - is another barebacking site offering 49 videos. And speaking of updates, the Network Updates page shows that in the last month the network - which full members get access to - has updated 11 times, and that Bareback 101 last updated 28 days ago. The page also shows the upcoming updates. There are 5 scheduled in the next 20 days, but none are for Bareback 101. Hopefully the site will start updating again in the near future.

Bareback 101 does not update every day as the join page said, nor does the network update every day. There were no exclusive live shows offered, nor was there access to 50 bonus sites as promised on the tour. There were 12 gay feeds offered inside of some of the network sites, so members get access to a total of 23 sites in that way.

While Bareback 101 isn't a large collection, what videos are there feature cute guys barebacking and getting cum facials, and the vids are downloadable and good quality for their speeds - there just aren't many of them. The downloadable full scenes are both large and good quality. The real catch here is that the site is small and doesn't seem to be growing very fast with 2 updates added in the last 29 days and none scheduled. Luckily there is a good amount of content in the bonus sites, so if you're looking for a network to join, Bareback 101 could be worth considering.
