GayDemon's review of Amateur Canadian Guys

Amateur Canadian Guys has gone through a metamorphasis since our last visit. While the site used to feature nothing but real amateur guys from Canada - and their videos and pic sets are still offered on the site - there's been a partial change of theme. In addition to amateurs, the site now also focuses on live sex shows at a nightclub, and the shows include dildo shows, wrestling, blowjobs, professional strippers and audience members. Something that hasn't changed is the tour - I like the tour at Amateur Canadian Guys because it is a transparent tour. What this means is the tour shows exactly what you see in the member area - it offers the same page layouts, same menu, same text and thumbs. So if you like what you see on the tour, you're likely to enjoy the member area. Now let's go see the member area and check out the content :)

The member area is pretty much identical to the tour. Navigation links run across the top of the page, the latest updates are on the right, and the Pornmaster's Blog (which tells about the latest updates) is on the left. The latest updates each show a very small thumb of each guy plus the date and name, and while it's hard to make out exactly what's going on on such small thumbs, several seem to be stage shows including some wrestling and only one is definitely an amateur in action.

Amateur Canadian Guys offers 9 to 11 updates per month, each with pics and videos. Each of the movies is offered in 2 formats. First, all the vids are available in WMV format with a screen size of 320x240 and a bitrate of around 760k. While 320x240 was a good size several years ago, these days it's on the small side, so you might want to enlarge the vids to 200%, which only shows a little quality loss. The older videos are also offered in MPG format , and the newer vids use M4V as their second format, which is a plus since these will play in your Quicktime player and in your iPod. All the movies are downloadable and the site uses no DRM.

The pics are thumbed at the left of each episode's page, and you can click the thumbs to see a larger image on the right. If you want to see the image even bigger, just click the bigger image on the right and a new window will pop open. Members can also download their favorite pic sets in zip files. The pics are good amateur quality and the photography is amtaeur quality or better, which makes sense since the site owners are shooting the content themselves.

I watched several of the videos. I particularly liked Rick's First Shoot because Rick is a 19 year old cutie with blond hair and a great cock. The interviews and camera work on the amateur vids give the videos a feeling of intimacy with the models, which is a big plus. I also liked Johnny Maverick and Sam Swift Wrestle because I'm just a sucker for men wrestling and the excitement of the crowd at the club. If you love the energy of shows done with a live audience at a gay nightclub, including a shemale MC and all the action, this is one of the few sites that offer live shos.

There are currently exclusive shoots inside Amateur Canadian Guys, although a few videos are actually parts 1 and 2 of the same video. The site also has periodic live events. All in all, I had a great time visiting Amateur Canadian Guys, even though I was a little surprised that so many of the updates are nightclub sex shows rather than amateur guys - although there are still amateurs there, too. The 357 videos are offered in 2 formats and are downloadable, although they are a bit on the small side, and the newer vids are offered in M4V so you can play them in your iPod. The site adds 9 to 11 updates per month, so there's always a lot going on, and there's no real issue at all, although the downloads are a bit on the slow side. Still, if you love real amateurs AND gay nightclub shows, Amateur Canadian Guys is definitely worth checking out!
