currently the site has stopped offering downloadable video, so DO NOT join if that is what you want. It is streaming only. when and IF customer service responds you get a lame excuse that they are upgrading the site and please be patient.

my dislike for this site is growing daily. they have no customer service despite a glitzy page offering it. for the last several days the site has gone from offering downloadable videos as advertised to streaming only, with NO explanation to its members if this is temporary or permament.

The site is not what it appears to be. Decent videos but so-so camera work. Customer service is non existant. The main page is misleading. I won't be renewing

The site does deliver the content promised. However the billing is a nightmare. Have tried through the site several times to cancel and can get no response.
