Similar issue here: password stopped working after trial period, subsequent month's membership billed, no response from billing party. Probably will have to reverse the charge. It's a shame because Bobby Garcia's vids are CLASSIC.

Extremly poor customer support. Twice charged for same membership; no way to contact billing source(the Netherlands!). Hours required to obtain/not obtain corrected password. Never could play.

These are all old videos short in length and made before digital movies arrived and definitely worth quitting after a few looks, as you will lose your interest after a short time. Recommend purchasing only the 14 day plan.
