I am one of the owners of the site - Thanks Terry for catching that typo, the correct answer is that all videos on our site are downloadable now. I just must have missed updating that page.

I just checked the FAQs at ACG and found the following:

"Can I download videos?"

"At this time, the videos on ACG are available for viewing online only. With rampant piracy of adult content, we have chosen to create a "community-based" website, one that we hope you will want to subscribe to on an ongoing basis."

There seems to be a discrepancy between what the gaydemon review says and what the site says.
