Okay, hold on, no its not a straight site, but is instead about the one area of gay life that is still more or less being hidden. It is about Transgenderism, and one person's journey through it. There are biography links, photos of the progression of change, and personal thoughts as well. It is not the end all on the subject, but maybe it can break down some of the barriers we have on this subject. Make no mistake, this isn't for everyone, but if you explore the site, read it, there are some thinks to make you think a little, and maybe ease some of the consternation one has when discussing this subject.

Well it is a blog, but it has a lot more to it. Yep, its about Cowboys, and seems to have a lot of information about rodeos where I am assuming the participants are all Gay Men. Lots of resources here, plus a chat room and forum, though it does seem to require a membership to enter or even read the postings. Also seems a bit slanted towards dating, so you could perhaps call this a dating site for those into Cowboys. Not too sure, but hey, kind of nice to see that Gays aren't just like those portrayed on television. We can ride horses too, even the four legged kind.

Well one of the first things you'll notice about Dave Land is that your webmaster is a graphic designer and website creator. Although pretty simple in concept, the site is very well put together. You'll have two warning pages to get through before you make it to the main area. Just click on the "D" logo twice is all. Dave is also a DJ, as you will see some pics of him at work as soon as you enter. To the left if your menu where you can read a bit more about this hot guy, as well as get to his more personal pics. Just click on "sex" and you'll be able to view all that Dave is into. Such as: diapers, bondage, rubber, and feet. They say that videos are the future in adult entertainment. I don't know, but after checking out this site, I'll settle for more of this than some of the video's I have watched lately. I mean I like sex, but what you get in most videos sure is what I'd call crap. It leaves nothing to the imagination, and frankly just isn't very good. I mean if I pulled that kind of shit with a date, I'd get tossed out of bed. Now Freeze Moon isn't a video, it's a Hentai Cartoon site, and the opening is damn good. You do need Flash but most browsers have it. The other stuff isn't so hot, other than the galleries. Now there are some mighty fine drawings, mostly with a leather theme to it that is just, well, damn arousing. It gets the mind thinking, the possibilities flashing in the old noggin, that well, might not get a hard on but sure could. To say they are suggestive is an understatement, but you know, its damn entertaining. Want something different too.

However if you click on the foundation link, there is a lot of information on Tom of Finland. PerezHilton.com welcomes millions of visitors each day, almost 5 million the day Perez posted pictures of Britney Spears with a newly shaved head. Perez decorates his endless pics of drunken and secretly-in-love Hollywood stars with handwritten captions and drawings of piss and fake crumbs of white cocaine dribbling out of their noses. Each post is open to viewer comments, many of which attack Perez himself. Perez is apparently loathed by many in Hollywood, but that doesn't stop most of them from reportedly viewing his site daily. Perez delights in outing Hollywood actors, and jostling for space with all the celebrity gossip on his constantly updated site are gay news stories from around the world.

A very different site that is about two bears, and their lives, including the body art that they have. It is also a different navigation style that really does set the site apart. Bit confusing but rather refreshing too. Kind of makes you think just a bit, as you find the pictures and the accompanying text that explains it all. The pictures are black and white, each one well described but not full size. Still it is an interesting little change of pace.

A bar in Long Beach California is the Silver Fox, and if you down that way, check out the place. The online site gives you upcoming events, plus it has a photo gallery of some of the happy patrons of the establishment. The Halloween Pics from 2006 are a hoot. Example the passing of John Inman is shown, along with other tidbits of noteworthy items. It is rather extensive as well, which does include a discussion forum dealing with the various topics, such as gay male actors, literature and even social sciences. Laid out in a Blog format, it is attractive and easy to navigate. Primarily it seems to be about the Gay Culture. There is a search function for terms, and is managed by a couple of eggheads, according to the credits. It is not really about Current Events, but about the culture of Being Gay, Lesbian, Transgender.

Pride season is here, and it is rather a tough choice to make for many. Just where does one go if they are Gay, and don't want to spend their holiday time hiding or pretending to be straight? Surprisingly, the mainstream online travel site Orbitz actually has a section devoted to "Gay Destinations" including Gay Pride events. I mean, talk about becoming more noticed. Choose from cruises and other deals specially for Gays & Lesbians. Even the ads are shown as being Gay Friendly, in that it doesn't show a guy with a girl, but two woman, or two men. And it is surprising to note, there are a fare number of choices as well, not one or two. Plus there are even some deals available as well.

A free site, dealing with bondage, but specifically, about Rope. I have a strange feeling that somehow Rope is a turn on for many. There are lots of galleries and a rather unique way of displaying the photos. I am not a fan of being tied up, find it too restrictive for my thrashing around, but then again, I am a wusse at times.
