Well the leather gear isn't cut short, but the pages are. Bit tiny for my liking, and the galleries are well pretty tame for a leather site. Though in all honesty, not bad and certainly not the kind to gross anyone out either, if they are unfamiliar with the whole leather scene.
There is personal stuff, information about the host, as well a some of handy information like hanky codes. There is a list of dildos recommended, plus links to both more personal sites as well as commercial.
It is cropped, in that its not chock full of much. Just a shortened version of a leather man's likes and dislikes.
