In some ways it is akin to the Crush Fetish, or the Trampling Fetish, which is basically where a person or object is crushed, trampled on, or 'stomped upon' which gives the other person a sense of sexual gratification.

The main goal, is to hit or deliver repeated blows, with the heel and toe of a boot or heavy shoe, or even the foot. To cause pain.

It can also be a harmful fetish, in where the person doing the 'stomping' does so until the person being stomped loses consciousness, who is then sexually assaulted.
