Definition

A medical device, used for examinations of the anus and vagina, in which the opening is spread apart, by the device. Usually two duck billed ends, resembling a spatula, are lubricated before insertion in a body cavity, such as the rectum. Once inserted, the device is used to apply pressure from a screw, that widens the cavity, holding it in place, so that objects can be easily inserted down the opening, such as swaps.

Used in BDSM sex play, to help stretch the inner muscles, to allow for fisting or other extreme anal sex.

Proper Sterilization practices are required to avoid infection, or contamination of the receiver. Ideally, this device should not be shared.  Used mainly in SM'ers who practice "medical" role playing.
