What is gay pillow talk?

What is pillow talk?

The playful discussion couples engage in, after sexual activities. A sort of recap of the action.

Definition

The discussion of intimate details, usually after a sexual encounter, in which there is a more relaxed mood among the parties engaging in the discussion. It usually involves a rehash of emotions felt during the just completed sexual acts. Pillow Talk is not prior to a sexual encounter, but more of a night time recap, following a sexual experience.

About

Usually occurs when two people have finished their sexual experience, and are laying together. It is when they are still basking in the glow of the more physical acts just completed, where they will exchange more intimate feelings.

This can involve relating childhood stories, or of past experiences, comparing them to how one feels at the moment. Usually, it is done while also lightly caressing the other's relaxed body, reliving some of the more intense moments from just earlier.

While physical contact is not essential, it is thought to be more re-enforcing when discussing the more intimate details of the just completed sexual acts.

Exchange of humorous moments, are also common at this time, a sort of period of bonding, when the emotional connection is considered higher than under more normal times.

It can also be a time, to discuss more of the action, to distinguish the more enjoyable aspects, versus the less pleasurable points. Sort of like a recap of the events just completed, or also in questioning how the other person felt, during a specific moment in the love making.

Practice (Associated Acts): Pillow Talk can also be when two friends, sharing a bedroom, can exchange confidences, in the cloak of darkness, to avoid seeing any physical reaction to what is being discussed.

It does not always have to be about the sex between the two parties, but room mates sharing their intimate details with each other.

A form of bonding, among friends, and can involve more than just two people.

Noteworthy: Used as a plot in movies and novels, to explain occurrences that were not shown, or to help clear up aspects of the plot. Mainly used to provide background details.
