lesbophobia | The irrational fear and/or disdain for Lesbians and/or the practice of same sex between two women.
Meaning
Usually such a fear, is lumped under Homophobia, though many women protest such association.
It is their belief that such a fear is separate, and distinct from homophobia, and that associating Lesbophobia with it, is sexist in nature.
The argument exists, that many Gay Men have the same irrational fear of Lesbians, as do their straight counterparts, hence the need to differentiate the two fears, Homophobia & Lesbophobia.
