Meaning
Sounds identical to 'Kahoonas' but has a different meaning.
However, if you think about it, both terms refer to a choice anatomy of each gender, and are duplicates, in that one refers to female breasts, which comes in a pair, and the other to a male's balls, which also comes as a pair.
The added meaning associated with 'Kahoonas' however, does not seem to apply to the meaning, with this spelling. (Kahunas)
