Erotica is a depiction in some art form, where the depiction is sexually arousing to the viewer, or done in such detail, as to create a sexual arousal. Usually found in sculptures, fiction, paintings, film, and other similar mediums.
From the Greek 'Eros' meaning to desire.
Many confuse Erotica with Pornography, though most contend that Erotica is not an 'intentional' act. That it was not conceived of, to purely arouse a viewer.
It is argued, that Erotica, has a form of social merit, that simply may not be everyone's cup of tea. Some may call it vulgar, lewd, while others will term it art, or a form of expression.
