Meaning
Where more than one Prince Albert piercing is present, and are linked together in a line.
Practice
The placing of usually two Prince Albert Piercing along the underside of the Penis. One is naturally placed further down the penis, linking to the one at the penis head.
It gets it's name from giving the appearance of diving, sort of in the manner that a Dolphin leaps and falls back into the Ocean.
Curved Barbell type stainless steel tubes are the common jewelry used in this type of piercing.
