A not so complimentary term, referring to a woman of dark skin color, as a sexual object only. Can also refer to the woman's vagina, for one who is dark haired.

As with many terms, referring to the person's skin color, they have become depreciated since the Civil Rights movement of the sixties.

What was common usage then, is today perceived to be derogatory, or more bluntly put, a racial slur.

Though many of the terms are still used within the African American community itself, the use by non African Americans, is considered derogatory and racial.
