There have been rumblings in recent weeks that Nick Capra was considering a return to the industry. Now GayDemon has learned exclusively that the Italian stud just shot two new scenes. We haven't heard much lately from Capra, who debuted in Chi Chi LaRue's Finish Me Off in 2002 and went on to appear in more than 60 films for most major studios and directors. But after four years away, the sexy superstar is ready to jump back in and has signed with Trenton Ducati's new modeling and talent agency. (The newlywed So You Think You Can Fuck contestant is also repping dreamy Mike DeMarko and Billy Santoro.) In addition, Nick is writing a book about his life. "I figured it's definitely more of a perk to read a cautionary autobiography about a current adult film star rather than a has-been," Capra tells us. "Wouldn't you say?"
Nick will mark his return to gay porn with a scene for Jake Cruise's Hot Dads Hot Lads site (which he says is fitting because Cruise was the last director he worked with before his retirement) and another for Mile High Media (a predominantly straight Canadian studio that is venturing into gay waters). "My co-star for the first scene was absolutely adorable," Capra says. "I can't even tell you the kid's stage name, but he's only 20 years old and his somewhat protective boyfriend came with him to the shoot. So that was a bit awkward!" (The model is pictured below on set with Nick.) The second scene is with veteran Jessie Colter, who Capra calls "a sweet guy with a hot delicious ass. Yum!" He adds that their duo wasn't "raunchy or dirty, but more passionate and intense."
Both scenes will be out shortly. In the meantime, Nick is working on that book, which he hopes will speak to fans, old and new. "I'm interested in reaching out to gay men who are suffering from relationship challenges, dad issues, body dysmorphia and addiction," Capra says. "Many gay men are dying from these issues and don't see a way out. I want them to know they're not alone, and hopefully inspire them with my own personal story." Nick says that story includes his "not-so-normal family environment, my coming out as a gay man, the drug world, how I became Nick Capra, many of my adventures as a gay porn star and international escort, my sobriety and enduring the suicide of the love of my life. You'll get all the darkness and all the light."
Nick currently lives in San Diego, where he attended classes for holistic studies and recently got his MT certification. He says that he's been living a mostly quiet, "normal life" and is now "more comfortable in his skin" than ever before. As for shifts in the big biz during his break, Capra says that he's "just catching up with the digital age" via Twitter and that the current popularity of barebacking is "not my deal. I think it's my responsibility to promote safe sex. You'll never see me in a penetration BB video." Read Nick's personal diary at PornStudBlog.com and find him on Twitter @nickcapra.
