Gone are the days when gay musicians had to hide their sexual orientations in order to get any gigs or studio work. Slash and Burn features reviews, write-ups and news on some of the best known gay musical artists on the globe. Some I have heard of, and some I haven't. Entries go back as far as January 2007, and contain a lot of information to say the least. This is not an image blog for the most part. While each blog has an image representing the subject, this is a place to read about the latest CD releases, get the inside scoop on gay male celebrity and amateur musicians, and even see some very impressive videos. It is a most refreshing site to have around as gay musicians still really don't get their due in the big spotlight. At Slash and Burn, they are critized, reviewed, and praised the way they should be.
